Another question on reporting - Find out Catalog items that have the maximum failures over 1 month

So I would like to find all the catalog items which when submitted result in their RITMs failing to closed incomplete state (after req approved and ritms failing due to any possible errors) so that it can checked at workflow level if an issue exists in then not completing.  I understand Req has RITMS which have tasks but not clear of getting this reporting through the parent. How to get this data from OOB reporting.

Hi,

This can be done by using the related list condition when reporting on the sc_cat_item table.

How to get the related list section on the report ? I cant see it. Also cant see the Add Sort button

You will have to click the funnel icon to get to the filtering options.

It is shown on the top left on the image I posted.
