Hi All,
If the ABC user is working on the "INC0001234" task(Incident) record,
We have added the "Time worked " field to the Incident form layout
When the "ABC" user opens the form time worked field starts working on Monday for 1 hour, and he saves the record,
=> result in one time worked entry created against the "INC0001234" record with 1-hour duration
But didn't create any time card at the same time and did not cascade the time worked duration to a specific Monday filed on the time card field
Time worked entries data is not cascading to the time card level
can someone explain to me what the use of time worked entries
Thanks

Hi @Mahathi,
Thank you for your response my question is, Time worked entries are created for the task record automatically against the logged-in user, but these entries are not converting onto the Time cards
If the duration is not cascaded to a Timecard the particular resource will lost the time, who worked on the tasks, because sometimes the task assigned keeps on changing to escalating for level1, level2, level3 groups for resolution
