App Engine Studio availability

We're on an upgraded instance on Tokyo patch 3, probably from the days of Dublin. We'll eventually upgrade to Vancouver although won't be some time due to several of our team on leave and our queue's backed up.

Im interested in using Configurable Workspaces to improve our tech's experience and to replace the "classical" UI way of using ServiceNow. However, Im not finding the plugins to App Engine Studio on our instance. When I spun up a Personal Developer Instance on Tokyo, it's immediately available. Looking it up, I do see it on the ServiceNow store. Im not familiar with getting anything from the store.

Is the AES usually available for most standard license? Im not knowledgeable about the licensing scheme.

Without AES, can you still create Configurable Workspaces using the new UI Experience?

AES comes with additional Subscription from ServiceNow Store not available for most standard license.

Yes you can create Configurable Workspaces using the Next UI Experience.
