After our helsinki upgrade a few of our users when in UI16 on their browser (one chrome - one IE) they cannot see the modules in the Application navigator or certain items in the title bar.
Has anyone seen this? It seems to be isolated to only a certain number of users and certain browsers. Is there a setting that needs to be checked?
They do have favorites though. And it works for one user if she is in FireFox but not in IE. It seems very user and browser specific which leads me to believe it is a setting on the browser that needs to be flipped for UI16 to work properly for them.
