Hello all,
I created a new theme for our environment in UI16 Istanbul. I found a great article explaining "how to apply to all users", which was editing Company and including the new theme.
The problem is that we have 242,653 users so it seems the theme is not being applied to all users. Would this be because we have a lot of users? I tried the same method in my demo instance and it worked. Has anyone had a similar issue?
Thanks in advance,
Grace

Hi Grace,
All all those users assigned to the same company?
Could it be that some users altered their own themes manually by clicking the 'Settings' cog and assigning themselves a theme? This could override the company defined theme.
Finally, did you try clearing cache (cache.do on navigator) to see if it has effect?

Hi Darius,
Your article was the one I was trying to follow. In one of your steps it says to assign the company to the users so I tried to do that by clicking "Update all" but the theme only applied on random users.
I don't think some of the users altered their theme since they some were recently put in the system.
I tried clearing cache and that still didn't work.
