Approval Email=Should go to abul tuter (Instead of users Manager) for the expections mentioned above

Hi Team,

 

I need some solution to the below task.

 

Location=New Zealand
Request Type=Any (excluding the following 3 Catalogs forms Employee Change Request, Offboarding Request and Onboarding Request)
Approval Email=Should go to abul tuter (Instead of users Manager) for the expections mentioned above approval email should go to Users Line Manager.

It will affect other location users? we are looking at all the catalog items, not one catalog item.

 

Note:- Location=New Zealand. remains location user needs individual managers approval.

You need to make use of Lookup Record Action to get the user location in the flow. Once you have the location, you can put an if condition to check if the user is from New Zealand or not. If yes, you can mark the approver as Abel else the line manager.

 

You can make the trigger for the flow as Record Created in the RITM table so that it can work across multiple catalog items.
