Hi,
On a form record, when approving the request for which the record is created, the state field is not changing to closed complete.
This is only happening from platform, when raising the request from catalog and then going to the record for approving the request the state doesn’t change.
But on testing the record from the flow using test the flow feature available in flow designer , and then go to record approve the request, come back to flow refresh it everything is working as expected. Means the state changes to closed complete on form record.
Any possible reason behind that?
According to my understanding, requested record is updated after both the conditions (approved and rejected).
