Approvals based on multiple groups

mutilple group approvals  any one from group can approve or reject  need to wait for other group . when first group rejected it  all other group are moving it to no required state . but we need wait for other group response .

we have same condition set  when rejection happen very first time all other group  state  is moving to  not required  . but requirement is need wait for other group response even after rejection

You can set wait in workflow , as shared in screenshot.
