Arrow buttons are getting stucked/not working properly

Hi all,

 These OOB arrow button on the forms are not working as expected, it is actually getting stucked.
Anyone has any idea where can I check or resolve this issue?

are these UI actions? Kindly help on this.

Hi @Udit5 

 

these arrows are shown if you have opened a record from a list view. Then you can use these arrows to navigate through the list. They represent OOTB functionality you cannot control or customize (no UI Actions!). If your are convinced that this functionality is not working as expected you should raise an error case to ServiceNow as this Community cannot help in that case.
