Assigned to user in Configuration item from US/America then approval should go to GLB America.

Hi All,

 In change request table when the state moved to Authorize the approval should go to GLB America group 

Approval Require in Authorize state :-
    Any 1 member can approve from GLB America or GLB APAC Group.
    if "Assigned to" user in Configuration item from US/America then approval should go to GLB America
    if "Assigned to" user in Configuration item  from Australia then approval should go to GLB APAC

 In change request record when the state moved to Authorize the approval should go to CAB group but I want that approval should go to GLB group based on configuration item assigned to user location is America means then approval should go to GLB group. How to solve this scenario?

I tried in change approval policy for change request table based on the location condition. But it didn't work.
