Assigned to user in Configuration item from US/America then approval should go to GLB America.

Hi All,

 In change request table when the state moved to Authorize the approval should go to GLB America group 

Approval Require in Authorize state :-
    Any 1 member can approve from GLB America or GLB APAC Group.
    if "Assigned to" user in Configuration item from US/America then approval should go to GLB America
    if "Assigned to" user in Configuration item  from Australia then approval should go to GLB APAC

yes, I have change request assigned to .location field & I tried only in change approval policy , but it didn't work for me. I want do  any workflow for this  change approval policy because i have checked  with change request workflow in that when the state moved to authorize , the approval go to the CAB approval group ,I want to change that approval go to GLB America group , it depends on the configuration item assigned to user location is America means that approval should to go that GLB group. Do you have solution for this?
