ATF - Open a form (SP)

I am completely new to service portal. I need to submit a catalog item from service portal. To achieve this I used Open a form (SP) step but I am getting an error "g_form is not defined. A valid form must have g_form defined". Please suggest what this error indicates.

Hello, 

I am trying to test a Service Portal functionalities(fields, validations, mandatory fields, pop messages, etc)
However, I do not see the following option  to test my Portal

Open a Form (SP) 


currently using Kingston ATF, does anyone know how to add this step (Open a Form (SP)) in Kingston ATF. Or is it that we cannot test a service portal when using Kingston?

Please upgrade your instance to London or Madrid to get those methods in ATF.
