ATF Run Test is stuck for more than 30 minutes

Hi Servicenow Experts,
I already been waiting for 30 minutes since I started the ATF run test but still there is no progress. May I know how this can be fixed?
I would appreciate any recommendation to fix it.

It seem you are using wrong function to run the test.
go to test and on the test page you will see a RUN button.
Click that and make sure you are on client test runner page.

Thanks for your response. I'm clicking the Run test button as shown below but it still yields the same result. Any other recommendations?

was it working fine earlier?

Thanks for your response.
is your browser tab opened? - Yes
was it working fine earlier? - Yes
I already enabled the 'Enables additional debugging functionality' but it still yields the same result after I tried it again. I also cleared my account on the sys_atf_agent, removed any pending status on the sys_atf_test, and cleared the browser cache.
Any other recommendations?
