ATF Run Test is stuck for more than 30 minutes

Hi Servicenow Experts, 

I already been waiting for 30 minutes since I started the ATF run test but still there is no progress. May I know how this can be fixed? 

I would appreciate any recommendation to fix it.

did you try checking in other browsers such as edge, firefox?

Hi Ankur, 

I'm only using Edge and Chrome but both have the same problem running the ATF.

This may be due to some user setting.

Try with others if you can.
