ATF -Unable to open assessment record with questionaries template view, its opening in classic view

I am writing ATF to open the Regulatory Assessment record to complete the assessment created under Regulatory Alert. With assigned Assessor user able to open the Regulatory Assessment record, however it's not opening in correct view Assessment Template questionaries.

With above steps Regulatory Assessment opens in below view format. Not able to see the questionaries format.
Regulatory Assessment record needs to be opened in below view format to complete the assessment.

I am not able to see the view option in Variable section, how it can be enabled.
