Attachment not getting attach to the notification

Hi All,

I have been sending notification to users but not able to send the attachment along with it.

I have attach the csv file to the notification also checked the include attachments checkbox (screenshot attach)

still i am not getting attachment in the email ( see the below screenshot)

What I am missing here please suggest. How can attach the csv file to the notification and send it.

if you use the include Attachment Option, the Attachment have to be attached to the record wich triggers the Notification

Hi,

I see you have attached CSV file on notification, That file will not be sent as part of email notification.

"Include Attachment" means it will include attachments from incident for which that email is sent.
