Attachment using Inbound Email Action

Hi all,

Can we bring a pdf into servicenow instance using inbound email action.

which can be used for data extraction using document intelligence.

Please guide me with this

Yes, we can bring the pdf file in SN via inbound and it upto you how you parse that. 

 

You can try with doc intelligence or other way ( like we have for excel parse)

But can you please guide me how because inbound action i can't see any attachment field which can be set
