Average Incident Count per month

Hello All,

I want to create a report to fetch the average count of the incidents created per month for the last year.

Is it possible without using Performance Analytics?

Hi Sudeep,

Follow the below steps:

1. Navigate to report> Click View/run

2. Under "DATA" put this:

3. Under "TYPE" select :

4. Under "Configure" :

find_real_file.png

 

5. Click on "Next" > "Share"

You can create a time series (Spline) graph that trends on creation date per month?
