Business elapsed time is showing "0"

I have created a new Resolution SLA but Business elapsed time is showing "0",Only if i select schedule source as "SLA Definition" and schedule as " 8-5 weekdays" .Then if select Schedule source as "No Schedule" ,the Business elapsed time is working as fine .can anyone  please help in sorting this problem .Thanks in Advance

You are using 8-5 schedule, based on your timezone make sure that you are in this time zone and this is 'on schedule' time for you.
