CAB approval member role

Hello guys I have a question about approvals for change request.

I modified the approval policy to wait for all member of the CAB approbal group when the request approval button is press.

But only member of this group with the admin role have their approval requested.

I would like to know if there is a role required exept admin to ask approval to all member of the group.

I have tested with change_manager and approver_user even approver admin but it doesnt work.

Thanks a lot for your responses but the problem isnt fixable from here sadly

I have check my ACL for this table, the role Itil is necessary and my user is an itil so theoricly he should have the the role to approve, but i cant see him in the sysapproval_approvaluser table
