CAB workbench does not populate agenda based on defined filters

CAB workbench does not populate agenda based on defined filters.

Like I have put simple filter conditions number is one of and taken change request as 10 but getting 8 in agent items.

Please suggest how can we fix the issues.

Yes, in related link, Clicking on Refresh Agenda Items only taking 8 Changes. If i have taken number is one of conditions and put 6 changes then after Refresh Agenda Items its taking 4 or 5 Changes randomly.

Check your CAB definition to see if there are additional filters there.

Also, for the two that it's not pulling in, check those change requests to see if they have something in common. Are they in a certain state, are they already associated to a different CAB meeting, etc?

We have not put any additional filters. I have changes the filter conditions also and only taken simple filters is one of which is also not working. Also state is not putted in conditions. Have checked with several changes but its working for some Change request and not working for some. No they are not associated with any other CAB meetings.
