CAB workbench not displaying any change record

Hi All,

 

I have created few changes and its been approved state but am not able to see those changes in the CAB workbench.

could you please suggest if am missing any thing here

Hi @siddharth26 

 

CAB workbench will show the CAB meetings not the changes. You need to configure it fully to utilizes the CAB workbench with agenda management.

Hi AG - Learn with servicenow,

 

thanks for the reply it was very usefull, i found one issue i logged in as cab approver but i was not able to see the approve/ reject for the change in cab workbench.

Hi @siddharth26 

 

The CAB Manager will not see the approve or reject button if he/she is not the part of CAB group. Also the screenshot said, the change is in review state, means its aleady pass the approval phase.
