Calendar controls time section is out of browser window bounds

When you double click the Actual start date or Actual end date in the Tasks list under the incident, the pop up that has the calendar control along with the time below is not showing correctly. The time selection is going out of bounds from the browser window and there is no way to select it. Please refer to the pic. I checked client scripts, UI policies and couldn't find anything that could be causing this. Please guide in how to fix it.

Xanadu is the servicenow version.

Why is your list window appearing very small in height? Try maximizing the windows and perform date change.

The picture is just part of the whole incident page and it shows this way after maximizing the window and pulling the scrollbar all the way down.

Ok, try zooming out your window using ctrl- and then you should see the time as well. It is a workaround but OOB servicenow should design it a way that it should not overflow the window by adjusting it lil upper side for the selection.

I am not looking for a workaround. I would like to know how to fix this. The calendar in its entirety should show up within the browser window for easy selection of the time.
