Calendar Integration

Hi All,

There is a field in the User table named Calendar Integration with drop-down choices None and Outlook. Can you guys please guide me what
is the functionality of that field and what is actually happen if I choose outlook for a particular user?

Hi Sayantan,

That field is used for calendar integration with Outlook for example.

So, a user can get a calendar appointment in Outlook for a change request as an example.

Hi Sergiu,

We can receive mails to outlook if the change request assigned in Prod. Normally to test the emails in developer instance we are using email logs. Is there anything similar to email logs to view this outlook meeting separately ??

We tried this in DEV, but we have received normal emails only. Not a meeting appointment.
