Can bell notifications be resized?

Hiya,

 

Just started working with bell notifications and noticed that the notification itself only displays 3 rows: title and 2 rows that covers the message.

 

If the title/message is longer when you hover over you can see the full content but I was wondering whether it's possible to resize them at all, aka to show full title and full message (or at least more than it shows now).

 

The instance is on Yokohama, but will shortly upgrade to Zurich.
