Can survey questions be translated into another language ?

I have created some new surveys but need them to be bi-lingual. This applies to the questions as well as any of the drop-down choices

I too would like an answer for this

I was able to create a survey in   a second language, you need to first create the survey (in my case English), once you have completed this change to the language you want and edit the survey changing the question to your language; my mistake was I changed both the question and the name. When you are deploying to other instances you must import both of the language xmls separately

Thanks Rob. Where are these texts stored? Translated Name/field or Translated text? It will also be great if you could provide me the query to search these records in those tables.

Edit: The choices are stored in Assessment Metric Definition(asmt_metric_definition) table. I tried to change my language to French and then save it. The changes were also shown to English users.

I did have some similar difficulties, I changed the values on the surveys not the tables, and when i verified the questions in English the French showed. I changed them back to English and everything was fine.

Once you have both languages as expected make sure you export the   assessments in both languages
