Can we integrate Confluence with ServiceNow Incident Management so that the predictive text for short description is fetched from Confluence?

No, not for the moment, at least not that I know off. But it has been requested before and it's under internal review.

Hi Nikita,
You might want to look at the platform DragonGlass. It has connectors to servicenow and confluence, as well as many other SaaS applications. It extracts data and you can also search and create analytics across data stores.
