can we Rename "SLA" ?

What happen if we rename "SLA" in Sla Definition?

 

Anything needs to be check before SLA rename ?

yes, you can rename, it will not have any impact, unless you used the name in any of the reports to filter out.

The SLA name is a string, not a reference, so first, retrieve the list of reports where the SLA name is being used as a condition.

Then, rename the SLA to the correct version and update it in the report. Check if you're getting the correct results. If everything looks good, update the SLA name and ensure the report is also updated accordingly.

places where it might impact

1) report filter condition if you are using name in condition

2) database view if you are hard coding the name in the where clause
