What happen if we rename "SLA" in Sla Definition?
Anything needs to be check before SLA rename ?

Yes, we can modify the SLA name. I would check a few points to assess the impact and relevant action-
-If there is any existing report/dashboard widget associated.
-Sometimes the reports are scheduled on these SLAs and the SLA name might be included in the mail subject or body, may need to rename that to the updated new name.
-Some KAs might be associated to these SLAs with/without SLA name screenshot. May need to update those.
If all these checks are passed, then I dont see any reason not to rename it.
Other alternative could be to disable this SLA and create a new with exact same conditions and updated name but might impact the live cases where the existing SLA is attached.
