Hello Vivek:
Please have the workflow opened and checked out and have it published in a new domain. This should have the workflow available in new domain.
You just need to change the domain from the workflow table where one field is there whose name is Domain and from there you can select particular domain.
Another solution is you can checkout that particular workflow in the respective domain it will automatically create new workflow same as in the new domain.
Please mark as Correct Answer/Helpful, if applicable.
Thanks!
