Recently upgraded to Madrid and now all the Guided Setups say "Security constraints prevent viewing this page" when we all try to access it. Specifically, Agent Workspace Guided Setup is the one we want to open. Any ideas or suggestions?
Thanks,
Brad

You can check the ACL that secures the all guided setup content - "gsw_content" see if the admin overrides is check off and if there is a role that is preventing you from passing the ACL. In the image below they have the admin overrides checked off and a role that is stopping anyone without "snc_internal" role from accessing the guided set up, including admins.

you need "workspace_admin" role to manage guided setup of agent workspace.

Thanks for replying Sachin. I have all admin rights as do the other developers, and its not just workspace, its all the guided setups.

Hi Arthur,
That was it!! It's interesting that this only happened in the Dev upgrade. This didn't happen in 2 other environments. I appreciate you taking the time to answer this.
