Hi, in the past few days, my PDI only shows blank screen:
https://dev47138.service-now.com/
From https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do, after I sign in, I only see a spinning circle around the word "Loading".
I was taking the developer training > Server-side scripting. I might have experimented setting global system property for debugging, and that screwed up the instance. Is there any way to restore my PDI?
Please help. Thanks!

Hi @Mei1 ,
Unfortunately there is no support provided by service now on PDI. Else we could have logged a ticket.
If there is no imp data in your PDI or if u r unable to get back your instance u have 2 options here. Either release the instance & request 1 new one or u can Reset & wipe & instance. Both the options will be available on top right corner after clicking on your profile.
Thanks,
Danish

Hi @Mei1 ,
As you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs, hence you're limited to two options:
- Wait - it should come online again after some time
- Release your instance and request a fresh installation. Off course based on how much development you have done in your PDI, this is not an optimal solution.

Hi Danish, I wish that I don't need to release the instance because it has many installations in it. But now I cannot open the developer page as shown in your screenshot. It also shows a blank page for me:
https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do
Therefore I cannot do anything with my instance. Any advice? Thanks!
