Cant we use Predictive Intelligence in PDI ?

I am using version Washington DC instance, I am trying to Train the incidents but I am getting Training requests timed out.

Hi @dgarad 

 

You can enable Predictive Intelligence plugin on your PDI but the only challenge would be the data to train your solutions on.

I installed the Predictive intelligence plugin when I trained solutions below message show.

"Word corpus input field is disabled in order to provide streamlined user experience and improved performance. Please reach out to your ServiceNow Account Executive for more information."

Hi @dgarad 

 

The reason begin the PDI dont have much configuration as required to run the PI.  There are few plugins which available in PDI , might be come with less functionality or some restriction like this.

While exploring a bit around the community, I found that from Orlando, you cannot use Predictive intelligence in PDI. This can only be tested only in sub-production instance. Refer below posts :

Probably, that's why even though the plugin is activated, the training is not completed as it is not pointing to the training and prediction servers.
