catalog items are not visible to the "Availability Criteria" users after adding service offerings

We are facing this weird issue, catalog items are not visible to the "Availability Criteria" users after adding service offerings. Does anybody know abt it? Is it a Known issue?

You need to be more specific. Share screenshots and exactly what you did, because if you add records to the service offering table, you don't loose access to catalog items and that's what I understand from your question.
Trouble shooting: there are 'User Criteria Diagnostics' in the menu under Catalog Administration. Please check there to see if it's really a UC issue.
