Catalog UI Policies Clashing

Greeting developers,

I have a requirement to hide specific variables on load of the catalogue item. However, I'll later on need to show these variables individually on specific variable selection. I have configured Catalog UI Policies to achieve these requirements, which I was able to achieve the first requirement, however, moving to the second requirement, I couldn't achieve it. I have shared the images below of these Catalog UI Policies.

"The issue might be caused by the 'Reverse if false' option being enabled in. Please try unchecking it from both the UI policy and test again. If the problem persists, let me know, and we can investigate further."

Kindly try to use single UI policy (with code if required) and remove "reverse if false" option.
