Hi
I dont know what happened, but can someone help me with the following? It was working 2 days ago.
It seems like it is not locating the KB articles, I am using the default out-of-the-box kb_category widgets and page.
As you can see, there are KBs in each category because they are being counted.
Any suggestions on where I should start the troubleshooting?
Thank you

Hi @AngelP83
Sure, here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:
1. Check the ACLs: Make sure that the user has the correct access control lists (ACLs) to view the KB articles. If the ACLs have been changed recently, it could be preventing the user from viewing the articles.
2. Verify the Data: Check the KB articles to ensure they are published and are in the correct category. If an article is not published or is in the wrong category, it will not appear in the widget.
3. Check the Widget Configuration: Verify the configuration of the kb_category widget. If the widget has been customized, it could be causing the issue.
4. Clear the Cache: Sometimes, clearing the cache can resolve issues with widgets not displaying correctly.
5. Check the Logs: Look at the system logs to see if there are any errors related to the KB articles or the widget. This can provide clues as to what is causing the issue.
6. Revert Changes: If any changes were made to the system around the time the issue started, try reverting those changes to see if it resolves the issue.
Please mark it Correct and Hit Like if you find this helpful!
Regards,
Karthiga

We're you able to find a solution on your issue? Currently having the same issue after upgrading the version to Washington Patch 9. The odd thing about this that it is only happening in our PROD instance and not with the lower instances.
