Cerner Incident Integration

Has anyone done an Incident integration with Cerner before? If so, what's your experience been like? Any tips, suggestions, pitfalls?

We would like to.  For integration purposes we would like to grant Cerner access through ServiceNow, so if someone needs access to Cerner, and it is approved, ServiceNow would hit a Cerner API and grant the access.  Not sure if that is doable or not, but one can dream.
