Change approval policy's decision label in approvals related list of a Change request

Can we display Change approval policy's decision label in approvals related list of a Change request? Similar to the "Workflow activity" we have in approvals related list in Requested Item.


This will be very helpful for a Change Manager or a user to know why and which policy is responsible for an approval record.

 

I checked with ServiceNow and they said it is not yet developed for flow.

Same pinch, same issue we had one of telecom client and same were told by SN to us. No OOTB way to do this.  We use only workflow activity and modify to use that for our purpose.

Can we create a custom field in approval table and populate it with the decision's label ?
