change management - Priority , risk and impact based

Hi Experts,

 

Changing the Risk or Impact doesn't appear to change the Priority , how to make it this one, please help me on this

Hi @keerthana10 ,

Please take a note: we uses change management to implement/deploy changes based on Risk of the change request and the Lead time to implement it. However if you want to set the Priority for Change Management please go with UI policy instead of Policies-> Priority Lookup Rules, since this rule only used in IM and PM.
