Change Request -flow designers state

Hi I have instance tokyo
I want to cancel the work flow 'change request-normal' and  instead put  flow designers in all different state 

but  he do not take the flow designer 
someone know why ?

Not possible mate, bcz Flow work on conditions. So check the trigger conditions. ( Flow OOTB work on change models)
