Changing Content of Homepage to Dashboard Pop-Up

Hey all, on the homepage section of ServiceNow, there's a pop-up that says "Homepages are going away in favor of dashboards!". I'm wondering if there's any way to change the what the pop-up says? I imagine it's not possible, because it's a message from ServiceNow themselves. If it is though, I would like to know how.

Thanks for the informative article! However, I believe it doesn't answer whether or not you can change the physical pop-up message itself unfortunately. I doubt that it's something you can actually change.
