CIS - Discovery exam preparation

Hello Dear Colleagues!

 

I will have the CIS CSM exam this month and I just wanted to ask those who passed, do you have any advices, what else will be helpful to pass except the documentation and videos available. I already failed one attempt and this is my second one, so I am afraid to fail again, naybe someone of you who passed recently could share some tips?

Here is my advise :

 

1. Attempt when your confident ! take your time (dont be in a hurry to attempt again)

2. Refer past questions understand the pattern of those question.

3. Prepare based on syllabus break up.

4. Read Servicenow docs realted to your topics and focus on Note and important sections in them.

5. Dont be nervous stay positive to take good decisions in exam.
