Hi All,
I'm encountering an issue while trying to book an appointment in the Walk-Up Experience module in ServiceNow. When I attempt to select a time slot, I get the following error:
error: java.lang.ClassCastException: class org.mozilla.javascript.Undefined cannot be cast to class java.lang.String (org.mozilla.javascript.Undefined is in unnamed module of loader com.snc.orbital.container.tomcat8.Tomcat8OSRBTomcat8ClassLoader @458494c7; java.lang.String is in module java.base of loader 'bootstrap')
Details:
- The error occurs as on the appointment booking screen (see attached screenshot).
- This issue is present in both Dev and Prod environments, but it works fine in the Test instance.
- I’ve checked for recent changes that might have caused this, but there have been no updates or modifications in the last 5 months.
- I’m unsure what’s causing this error, as the environments should be aligned.
Has anyone else experienced this ClassCastException in the Walk-Up Experience module, or does anyone have suggestions on how to resolve it? Any insights into potential differences between environments that might cause this would also be helpful.
Thanks in advance for your help!
