in the collection list that shows the users' first name and last name , is it possible to show more information such as user id , department and title as well? is there a way to do that? because sometimes there are more than one user with the same exact first name and last name ; hence additional info is required to prevent confusion:

I don't think is is possible as it is determined by the display of the referenced table.   This may be helpful
