Company Logo Issues when login into ServiceNow Instance

We are using the Xanadu version and evertytime when login into the instance, it will not display the company logo and automatically redirect to the page which it display the logo when login successfully. I have tried many ways including clear cache also update the logo in both "My Company" and "System Configuration UI16" modules. Please give me a solution for this problem.

I also faced this issue some time back. I fixed this by uploading a new company logo image file particularly a .png file via System Configuration UI16 module and cleared the instance cache.

 

Please give it a try and see if it helps.

You can go through the below link

In Xanadu you can first go to System Properties and under that go to Basic Configuration U16.

Add the logo under Banner Image U16, Check the image extension. and Save

It will update your logo in the login screen.

 

If you can let me know you received any error while saving the file than it will be more helpful to understand.

 

Meanwhile just try taking a screenshot of your logo, add the screenshot and save the image and check.

Also you can try to reduce size and pixels of the image and save it into valid image format like .jpg .jpeg
