Concept - Recording RITM's granted for a user

I'm looking for a way of recording when a Request Item has been supplied for a user. I realise I could report on it using 'Requested For' (although that isn't always the user who has the RITM)

Is there a simpler way of recording a completed RITM against a user record? I'm not sure a checkbox for every possible RITM on the user record is very efficient

Any suggestions?

Hi,

There are 2 fields , Opened By and Requested By.

Opened By is is the person that actually creates the request.

Requested for is the person that receives the product

I'm not sure what you mean by granted, but from what i understand these fields are what you need to use.

If Requested For doesn't suffice then what do you mean by "the user who has the RITM"?

So, the principle is if the RITM is to grant software, once the RITM has been processed I'm after a week of seeing that software against the user. Similarly, if the RITM is to remove software, I'm after a way of seeing that the user no longer has the software.

It's not really whether it's the 'Requested For' or 'Opened By', it's more having a way of seeing RITM's associated with a user.

Apologies, I'm not sure if I explaining myself well.
