Hi everyone,
I want to bring attention to an issue I've noticed in the community that I find very disheartening. I've come across a situation where it seems that certain members might be engaging in behavior that undermines the spirit of this platform.
Specifically, I've observed that @Ravi Gaurav (profile attached) has been continuously responding to questions posed by a particular individual @SandeepKSingh , and in almost every instance, his answers are being marked as helpful and accepted as the solution. This pattern raises concerns, especially since there are often other contributors who provide valuable input, yet their answers aren't being acknowledged in the same way.
While I understand that certain responses may genuinely resonate more with the person asking the question, the consistency with which this is happening suggests that there might be something more going on—potentially a coordinated effort to boost reputation or gain recognition within the community.
This is particularly disheartening for experts who have been working tirelessly in the community, dedicating their time and effort to genuinely help people. Seeing such behavior not only undermines their hard work but also affects the integrity of the community. These experts deserve recognition for their valuable contributions, and it’s heartbreaking to see their efforts overshadowed by what seems to be manipulative practices.
This community exists to support those genuinely facing challenges in their projects, and it's vital that we maintain fairness and ensure that all contributors are recognized for their efforts. Manipulating the system in this way is not just unfair; it goes against the very principles of collaboration and mutual assistance that this community stands for.
Let's work together to maintain the integrity of our community and ensure that all contributors are treated with fairness and respect.
Whats your thought on this: @Dr Atul G- LNG @Sandeep Rajput @Community Alums

adding @David @Dan Bruhn as community manager.
Also, I noticed that someone mentioned that RGGuide post are going as spam. Might be system already catch this.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

Hi Satish,
I am 100% agree with you and i have seen that he is marking his own replies as Solution Accepted. I raised this Bug in the system with David and Dan (Admins of Sn Community) and i have raised few other observations/Bugs with them and i hope if we all will raise concerns together, they will listen and fix these loopholes. I have tested few scenarios on my own profiles and replies and shared observations. David replied that they will be looking into these observations. Lets hope that together we will make community a better place.

Before coming to any conclusion about my profile on community let me tell you my point..
I not only respond to single individual I respond to the topic I know irrespective of who is responding.
I am YouTuber.. and MVP as well as Solution Arch in servicenow.
And I did multiple podcast with @Dr Atul G- LNG .
So before blaming me for anything make sure that your fingers are clean
I have my fan based because of my teaching.
I don’t know who is RGGuide. And I don’t know why he is responding to my answers.
If he is not responding you that’s not my fault.
community is for everyone not for you ,me and anyone. We are here to contribute.
if you don’t know me please check my LinkedIn.
And please don’t tag me on anypost I am not here for this.
@David and @Dr Atul G- LNG this was not expected from community. People are thinking they are owing Servicenow
If you found my response helpful, I would greatly appreciate it if you could mark it as "Accepted Solution" and "Helpful."
Your support not only benefits the community but also encourages me to continue assisting. Thank you so much!
Thanks and Regards

Hi @Satishkumar B @Dr Atul G- LNG
I want to clarify the situation regarding the recent concerns raised about my interactions with @Ravi Gaurav. First and foremost, I want to express my deep respect for everyone in this community. I admire @Ravi Gaurav as my idol and look up to him for the knowledge and guidance he provides, not just to me but to the entire 11k family that follows him.
I want to make it clear that the decisions I make in accepting answers are not influenced by anything other than the quality and relevance of the solutions provided. The reason I often accept @Ravi Gaurav’s responses is that his solutions resonate with me and address my queries perfectly. This in no way diminishes the valuable contributions of other members, and I truly appreciate the time and effort everyone puts into helping out.
It’s important to me that this community remains a place of mutual respect and collaboration. I would never intentionally undermine anyone’s efforts, and I hope that we can all continue to work together in a positive and constructive manner.
Please, let’s avoid making assumptions and false allegations. We’re all here to learn, share, and grow together, and I have nothing but the utmost respect for every member of this community.
@David @Dan Bruhn Its my choice whose solution shall I accept as Solution or not.
Community is for everyone not for single Individual.
@Sarah G_ you also know @Ravi Gaurav he is an MVP having Servicenow community Channel It my personal interest my questions are answered by him and many people and I accept all those solutions that helped me.
@Satishkumar B don't put allegation on some one whom you don't know.Be people choice and have deginity and don't defame others
Thank you for understanding.
