Hi All,
Do you happen to know what rule/script is being triggered that when you deleted a CI that has been linked to a ticket, it will have note that CI was removed. Thank you.

Hi @Rairai31 there is no BR or any script for this , if you don't want CI activity comments on the table you can uncheck the CI field from the activity list then the comments will not appear

Hi @Rairai31,
The attached "Activities:" log shows that this CI was attached to some record ( like, incident, change ) and admin user has removed the "TESSST" ci.

Hi @AshishKM, Yes and I wanted to know what is the name of that rule or script that triggers to put a log that the CI associated has been removed. Thank you.
