Hi,
I'm trying to implement arabic language to ServiceNow but I'm not finding the right way to do it.
I have tried to create a language under System Localization > Languages, but it didn't work. I followed this documentation:
https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/rome-platform-administration/page/administer/localization/task/t_ConfigALangAsReadingFromRToL.html
Can anybody help me with this?
Thank you!

Hi,
Currently ServiceNow doesn't support the Arabic language, but it supports the Hebrew language.
You can also refer the below link:

Thanks,

Hi,
Thanks for your answer.
But isn't there a way for me to translate all the text in the instance?
I found this article related with the translation of everything for a non-supported language. What do I need to do this?
https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/sandiego-platform-administration/page/administer/localization/task/self-localize.html
And by the way, what can I do regarding the portal? Do I need to clone every widget and configure it to be Right to Left texted?

We actually have a whole bunch of information on the topic of "Self-Localization" (which is where you'd create the translations for languages outside of the 22 packs we provide for,
Before I get to the material, one caveat with Arabic (which indeed is an RtL language), currently in the SanDiego release (time of writing this post) Service Portals are not officially supported in RtL and thus would require some workarounds, which I will detail in an upcoming blog post on my blog.
So, the first thing, we have a full training course on NowLearning available here, which goes through all of the concepts of localization in the platform. It's a complete path with 4 courses within it, I highly recommend you take it get the badge.
We have a dedicated CSC page with a bunch of useful materials, such as a Globalization Guide detailing what Language Packs we provide, coupled with what they contain, some useful videos, a workbook to help with planning what you need to do etc etc,
Last but not least, my blog is here, where you'll find posts ranging from the "In Platform Language Support Guide", through to more technical posts like how to translate a Portal using the Localization Framework".
Feel free to subscribe to the forum if you've not already, because my team post quite regularly on the topic,
Many thanks,
Kind regards
