Configure list view in HR Agent Workspace

Hi,

I have a question related to HR Agent Workspace. My requirement is quite simple, but I'm struggling to find a configuration option to achieve it. I need to configure the list view on the HR Agent Workspace. However, on the client instance, I am unable to access it.

On PDI, I can see two workspaces (Agent Workspace and HR Workspace), but on the client instance, I can only see the Agent Workspace.

Can you advise on what is missing or guide me on where I should go to configure it?

Hi @miro2 ,

Agent Workspace is Outdated, you need to have HR Agent Workspace.

You need to check with your Client if they are Subscribed to Get " Agent Workspace for HR Case management" Plugin.

If you have it Agent Workspace for HR Case management Version 2.2.3(Latest), then you can Configure more easily and you get dedicated Module as well. Please check the Images Below:

Hi @Community Alums, thank you for you reply

Yes, we are using Agent Workspace for HR Case Management, version 2.0.2.

Additionally, I found a configuration option to set up the list view for the workspace. All configurations can be done through UX Lists (sys_ux_list).
